Service Description
Your NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback® Consultation is a required first step before beginning brain training sessions at White Wave Wellness. This 60-minute appointment is designed to give you space to slow down, be heard, and gain a clear understanding of how neurofeedback can support your unique wellness journey. During your consultation, we will explore your current challenges, patterns, and goals in a relaxed, non-rushed environment. Whether you’re seeking support for stress, focus, sleep, emotional balance, or overall resilience, this time allows us to connect the dots together. You’ll also receive a clear overview of the NeurOptimal® system—what’s happening during a session, how it works, and what you may experience. We’ll walk through how to prepare for your sessions so you can feel comfortable and confident from the very beginning. Together, we’ll determine a personalized approach, including recommended session frequency based on your goals and lifestyle. You’ll also be introduced to your journaling forms, which are a key part of your experience. These tools help you track your progress, increase awareness, and truly “listen” to the shifts happening over time. This consultation is more than just an introduction—it’s your foundation. A space to ask questions, feel supported, and step into your neurofeedback journey with clarity, intention, and trust.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Payment is due at the time of service unless a session or membership has been prepaid. For your convenience and security, White Wave Wellness operates as a cashless business. We accept major credit cards and approved digital payment methods. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% session fee. • No-shows and missed appointments may incur 100% of the session fee. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session while the full session fee still applies.
