Every wellness journey at White Wave begins with understanding your unique patterns and priorities. Every meaningful shift begins with clarity. The Foundational Strategy Session is a one-on-one consultation designed to understand where you are, what you’ve been navigating, and what kind of support will serve you best. This is not a rushed intake or surface-level overview. It’s a focused, intentional conversation that helps us identify patterns, priorities, and practical next steps. During this session, we explore your current stress load, lifestyle rhythms, health history, and personal goals. When appropriate, we may incorporate a wellness scan to gather additional insight. You’ll receive thoughtful, personalized recommendations tailored to your season — whether that includes standalone services, structured membership support, neurofeedback, Inner Alignment™ (emotions mentoring) sessions, or education for home use. This session is ideal if you: • Feel overwhelmed and aren’t sure where to begin • Want clear direction instead of trial and error • Are considering membership and want a strategic plan • Value personalized guidance and accountability • Simply want to feel heard before moving forward Our goal is clarity, not pressure. You’ll leave with: • The experience of being fully heard and understood • Greater awareness and attunement to your body's signals • Reassurance that you already carry the capacity to create meaningful change • A personalized pathway to support your goals with clarity and confidence If you choose to enroll in the Horizon Club within 7 days, you will receive a Strategy Session Credit (full session fee) to be applied toward your membership. This is your opportunity to pause, recalibrate, and build a sustainable plan with someone on your side. This session serves as the starting point for building a focused and personalized wellness plan.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Payment is due at the time of service unless a session or membership has been prepaid. For your convenience and security, White Wave Wellness operates as a cashless business. We accept major credit cards and approved digital payment methods. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% session fee. • No-shows and missed appointments may incur 100% of the session fee. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session while the full session fee still applies.
